研究方向及内容

全世界超过一半的人口以稻米为主食,研究水稻种子发育对增加粮食产量,保障粮食安全具有重大的意义。本课题组着重于研究水稻种子发育的以下方面:

1. 水稻种子中特异表达的转录因子的功能研究。

2. 水稻种子发育相关的表观遗传调控基因的功能研究。

3. 水稻中long non-coding RNA对种子发育相关基因的表达调控。
