应杰政

应杰政,男,博士,副研究员。分别就读于中国农业大学、浙江大学和中国科学院植物生理生态研究所,获学士、硕士和博士学位。主持国家自然基金面上项目和国家科技重大专项任务等多项研究,专著4册。获国家科学技术进步二等奖1项,省部级科技奖6项,获国家发明专利3项,水稻品种权2项,制定行业标准2项,主持选育中优早13、中98-18和中98-19等多个优质稻品种。

目前以模式作物水稻作为研究材料,利用水稻自然变异,突变体和基因组信息,开展水稻功能基因组研究,涉及产量与品质性状,种子发育和代谢的分子机理研究,发展水稻分子育种。主要研究内容如下:

  1. 利用图位克隆方法定位与克隆控制水稻种子粒重的基因/QTL,并开展深入的功能分析,阐明粒重形成的分子机制,并为新品种改良提供重要有利基因。

  2. 对水稻各种品质性状开展代谢和遗传机理研究,为优质稻育种提供理论依据。
