寇艳君

专业学科:植物病理学

研究方向:分子植物病理学


 

寇艳君,中国水稻研究所研究员、博士生导师。长期以病原微生物和水稻为研究对象,综合运用遗传学、基因组学、植物病理学和分子生物学等多学科交叉研究手段研究病原菌-宿主的互作。从多个层面解析了病原真菌-水稻互作的分子机制,近五年,研究结果在《Molecular Plant》、《Trends in Plant Science》及《New Phytologist》等SCI杂志发表研究论文二十余篇,先后主持“十四五”国家重点研发计划“青年科学家”、国家自然科学基金国际合作与交流、面上和青年项目等项目,获授权发明专利8项。受邀在国际水稻大会、国际稻瘟病大会及植物-生物互作国际会议等多个国际会议上作学术报告,兼任多个国际期刊编委。

具体方向:

1.环境因子-水稻-稻瘟菌互作分子机制研究;

2.稻曲病菌与水稻相互作用的分子机制研究以及抗稻曲病资源的挖掘;

3.稻瘟菌和稻曲病菌的田间诊断和预测预报、抗病分子育种。
