一、个人简介

陈婷婷,女,江苏南通人,博士,副研究员。主要从事水稻抗逆机理研究与调控,包括水稻开花期抗旱性鉴定,水稻耐高温、干旱等逆境机理与作用途径研究,减少逆境危害的调控技术与方法。在Proteomics, Environmental and Experimental Botany, Plant Physiology and Biochemistry,中国农业科学等国内外期刊上发表论文30余篇。获国家发明专利15项,主持或参与省级以上课题10项,获省部级以上奖励1项。

四、代表成果:

1.水稻耐旱性机理研究及其调控。针对全球气候变化导致干旱制约水稻产量问题,开展水稻品种耐旱性比较,完善评价方法以筛选优质抗旱品种。揭示新的水稻耐旱机理:耐旱品种主动调节茎节维管束木质部导管运输横截面积,降低节导水率,减少干旱条件下颖花含水量损失,减轻干旱胁迫对水稻颖花的伤害;相关成果发表于《Environmental and Experimental Botany》(IF3.712)。同时,揭示了灌浆期轻度土壤干旱会通过促进碳水化合物代谢、能量合成物质、抗逆相关等蛋白质的表达,进而促进水稻籽粒灌浆,提高粒重增加产量;研究结果发表于《Proteomics》(IF 4.041)。进一步地,提出了重度干旱条件下外源喷施一定浓度的水杨酸可以显著提高水稻抗旱性并阐明其机理;研究结果发表于《Plant Physiology and Biochemistry》(IF3.720)。

2.植物生长调节剂在水稻逆境中的调控作用及机理。针对水稻生长中高低温、干旱等灾害影响,研究植物生长调节剂对水稻的调控作用。发现水稻灌浆期喷施脱落酸与蔗糖,可改善源库关系,促进籽粒灌浆、提高产量与品质,成果发表于《BMC Plant Biology》(IF 3.497)。明确灌浆结实后期,喷施水杨酸可延缓叶片衰老、增强光合与耐冷活性,促进籽粒灌浆;6-苄基腺嘌啉与氯化钾复配组合可减轻低温冷害,相关成果发表于《Crop Science》(IF1.635),并获1项国家发明专利授权。
