一、个人简介

陈中督，男，1988年3月生，副研究员，长期从事水稻产业经济与低碳农作制度研究，目前担任中国农学会耕作制度分会第十届委员会委员，浙江省农经学会第七届理事，是农业农村长期因子富阳综合观测站主要负责人之一。先后主持国家农业重大科技项目子课题1项、省部级项目5项，同时还参与中国工程院咨询项目、国家重点研发计划子课题及浙江省科技计划项目等课题10余项。主笔或作为主要完成人撰写粮食安全、水稻产业发展、稻米市场购销形势等方面专题报告30余份，获国务院、农业农村部和浙江省领导批示20余次。以第一作者在Journal of Cleaner Production、Soil&Tillage Research、植物营养与肥料学报等国内外期刊发表论文30余篇，参与撰写《中国水稻绿色发展研究》《中国水稻产业发展报告》《稻田生态服务功能与补偿机制构建》《中国功能稻米产业发展研究》等专著10余部。获浙江省科学技术进步三等奖 1 项（第 7）。
