一、个人简介
曹小闯,1985年,博士,研究员。以耕地土壤健康和粮油作物提产增效为目标,长期从事稻田地力培育与养分协同增效理论、技术和产品研发及推广应用。主持国家重点研发计划青年科学家等省部级以上项目10余项,以第一/通讯作者在Soil Biol Biochem, Geoderma,Field Crop Res等发表论文60余篇(SCI论文32篇,SCI引用2100余次,H指数29);主编论著1部,授权发明专利6项,发布省农业主推技术2项。获省部级奖励5项,入选中国农科院第八届“十佳青年”。担任浙江省土壤肥料学会常务理事、浙江省粮油产业技术推广服务团队专家等职,以及Front Plant Sci,Agr Ecosys Environ等期刊副主编/编委、特邀审稿人。2021年10月—2023年10月,挂职贵州省台江县人民政府副县长、县农业产业发展工作领导小组副组长。
