团队长期从事水稻种质资源的收集、整理、保存、评价鉴定、创新和利用等研究工作。团队依托国家水稻种质资源中期库,建立了国家级资源共享平台;依托农业部植物新品种测试(杭州)分中心,构建全国水稻审定品种指纹数据库,开展水稻新品种评价工作,服务水稻产业。研究团队还致力于水稻遗传多样性和重要性状的遗传调控研究,聚焦于水稻种质资源保存与共享利用、重要性状精准鉴定与基因挖掘和野生稻利用与种质创新研究方向,建立水稻种质资源精准鉴定平台,多途径提升水稻种质资源的质和量。
