研究内容
1. 主持和承担南方稻区国家水稻品种区域试验,为国家水稻品种审定与区域布局提供科学依据;开展相关基础研究,促进试验水平提高、育种进步和种业发展。
2. 以水稻区试资源为核心,构建水稻优异种质资源DNA指纹数据库及其相关的表型组学数据库;利用水稻区试资源开展表型组学、主要农艺性状的分子解析、全基因组分子设计等领域研究。
主持项目
近年来,课题组除主持每年的农业农村部的水稻区域试验项目之外,还主持了2个国家自然科学基金面上项目(32072049、31471572)、4个浙江省自然科学基金(LY18C130006、LQ15C130005、LZ24C130004、LY24C130008)、1个国家科技专项(2017ZX08013001)、2个“十三五”和1个“十四五”重点研究项目子课题(2016YFD0100903、2016YFD0101801、2022YFF1003300)、2个转基因重大专项子项目(2014AA10A603-15、2016ZX08001-002)、1个中国农业科学院院级基本科研业务费等项目(Y2017JC08)。
