硕士生导师简介

一、个人简介
朱大伟,男,博士,中共党员,副研究员。主要从事稻谷产后处理关键技术和稻米品质评价研究。先后主持国家自然科学基金、国家重点研发项目子课题、浙江省农业重大技术协同推广项目子课题、农业行业标准制定项目多项。迄今在Food Hydrocolloids,Carbohydrate Polymers,Food Chemistry, Journal of Agricultural and Food Chemistry, 中国农业科学等国内外知名期刊发表论文多篇。参与制修订行业标准3项,授权发明专利1项。
二、主要研究方向
1.优质稻品种耐储藏机制及配套储藏技术研究;
2.稻谷智能干燥新技术研究。
