侯雨萱

专业学科:植物病理学

研究方向:分子植物病理学

 

侯雨萱,女,博士,湖北武汉人。2002年华中农业大学农学学士;2005年华中农业大学农学硕士;2008年中国科学院武汉病毒研究所理学博士; 2010-2012,美国密西西比州立大学博士后;现为中国水稻研究所副研究员。近年主持国家和省部级等竞争性项目5项;以第一或通讯作者在《iSceince》、《Plant Biotechnology Journal》和《New Phytologist》等国际知名杂志发表论文16篇,累计影响因子约80;申请和授权国家发明专利7项;授权软件著作权1项;荣获湖北省科技进步二等奖1项。

主要研究方向

1.水稻主要细菌性病害发生流行规律;

2.水稻抗白叶枯病基因鉴定克隆及机理解析;

3.水稻抗白叶枯病种质资源创制。
