On October 31^st, Deputy Director General Dr. Hu Peisong met with Deputy Division Chief Ding Li from Service Center of Studying abroad of Ministry of Education (MOE), and with Deputy Division Chief Dr Ding Lin from Department of International Cooperation, CAAS.

Hu extended his warm welcome to the visiting guests, and presented CNRRI’s development situation, main achievements and strategy of the Talents Power Institute. More support in areas of studying abroad and talent cultivation sponsored by government was expected. Two sides involved in deep communication and discussion for mechanisms of government scholarship to overseas study and talents cultivation.
