During 17^th to 19^th May, Ohio University Delegation with 23 staff including teachers and students came to visit CNRRI in accordance with the schedule of CAAS Graduate School.

At the meeting, the Division of Program Management and International Cooperation introduced CNRRI’s main progress and prominent achievements. Mr. Huang Shiwen briefed the attendees on Chinese rice pest and disease damage, and damage characteristics. Afterwards, two sides had an open and mutual beneficial discussion.

During the delegation’s stay at CNRRI, the visiting guests visited Rice Product Quality Inspection and Supervision Testing Center, rice-processing production line of Chinese Rice & High-tech Seed Limited Company and rice planting situation. CAAS Graduate School and Ohio University spoke highly of the visit, and expressed their hope to further strengthen and extend cooperation between Ohio University and CNRRI.
