On February 23, the eighth day of the first lunar month, international students of China National Rice Research Institute (CNRRI) were organized to visit China National Silk Museum, WuShan Hill, XiangHu Lake and the Strawberry Research & Development Base of Hangzhou Academy of Agricultural Sciences. Students from Bangladesh, Congo, Egypt, Ethiopia, Guinea, India, Liberia, Pakistan and Rwanda participated in this activity.

After roaming through exhibits on Silk Road history in China National Silk Museum, students climbed the WuShan Hill and toured the XiangHu Lake. In the end, students went to the Strawberry R&D Base, where they exchanged ideas with experts about the selection, breeding and cultivation of strawberry. The activity provides students with cultural experiences and opportunities for exchanging views on agricultural science.
